Team of the Week: 8th October
Tommy P - couldn't have done much better with any of the goals and TOTW needs a keeper.
Loveday - provided the calm head at the back which the 3's had lacked before he came on; unfortunately most of the damage had been done already!
Zol - did his utmost to keep everyone's heads up and challenged for everything that came near him; set the bar for work-rate required from everyone in the future.
Duncan - Came on at half time and looked very good. Assured on the ball and was starting waves of attack down the left side.
Jack - Grabbed himself a couple of well taken goals and set up another before succumbing to injury with about 20 mins left. Hopefully not too lengthy a spell out.
Morty - Robbed Jon Wilson's goal with his arse
Massey - Also came on at the break and made instant impact with his pace. Set up the 2nd goal and even managed to convince the ref we had scored a 4th at some point
Fryer – MOM performance and all round great battling from the big lad
Wilson – Some great running in the first half
Tovey – A right handful, created a number of brilliant Chances
Moulsey - Set up Jack's first and scored an unbelievable one himself. Covered lots of ground. Such a handful.
